Key Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent shall be hired as consultant (Commercial Project) for the duration of 4 months; however, the Company may offer regular position as Head of Commercial Project after successful evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the software development, operations teams and clients to oversee and support commercial project activities.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily project operations, chair project management meeting, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and handle scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.
  • Ensure team members are well-informed, have clear objectives, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the efforts of internal resources, third parties, clients, and vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects are progressing according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Plan and lead status meetings involving internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams, resolving conflicts and motivating them toward successful project completion.
  • Understand the inter dependencies between technology, operations, and business needs for successful project execution.
  • Delegate tasks effectively based on the strengths and skills of junior team members.
  • Provide on-site leadership, guiding the team towards meeting project goals and adhering to responsibilities and milestones.
  • Build confidence and trust among stakeholders through clear communication and effective expectation management.
  • Monitor project status through regular reports and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Provide periodic project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability for project execution.
  • Ensure team members adhere to schedules and complete tasks on time.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards.
  • Assess, manage, and report risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery while managing changes and removing blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including SOPs and workflows for recurring activities.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into processes for continuous improvement while maintaining governance standards.
  • Manage projects within agreed governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution and efficient resource utilization.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and make adjustments to maximize efficiency.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery through procedural and policy changes.
  • Promote a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial project-related activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management. 

Required Education & Skills:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Business Administration or Project Management from a recognized institution or university.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in management projects with national and international organizations.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, particularly in product and service management.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to remain composed, flexible, and resilient under challenging situations.
