We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in transport operations and maintenance management, specifically with experience in tank truck operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and compliant fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal route planning
- Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and upkeep of tank trucks and equipment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Ogra, NHA safety standards)
- Supervise and train transport staff
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations and maintenance management
- Proven experience with tank truck operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Certification in transportation management, safety courses, workshops for maintenance, OEM certifications, etc.
