Pakistan Facilities Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager with at least three years of experience to lead and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of five personnel, overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions, from procurement and supplier relationship management to logistics and inventory control. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to implement efficient supply chain processes that support the companys operational goals. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning and executing procurement strategies, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring effective use of resources to meet business demands. The role requires expertise in supply chain planning, strategic sourcing, and logistics management, with proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management highly valued. This position plays a critical role in achieving cost savings, reducing lead times, and maintaining high service levels through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Manage the inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
Oversee supplier relationship management by selecting, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead procurement activities, including purchase order processing and contract management to fulfill company requirements.
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, handling, and timely dispatch of materials.
Utilize SAP Supply Chain Management tools to monitor supply chain performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
Manage and mentor a team of five supply chain professionals to foster skill development and achieve departmental goals.
