Pakistan Facilities Management Pvt Ltd seeks a detail-oriented and skilled MEP Executive with at least five years of experience in the maintenance and management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to plumbing, electrical maintenance, and diesel generator (DG) upkeep, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards. This position does not involve team management but requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. The MEP Executive plays a critical role in maintaining the infrastructure of facilities by conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and promptly addressing any malfunctions. Working closely with the facilities management team, the executive contributes to prolonging the lifespan of equipment, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe environment within the premises. Proven experience in the operational standards and practices related to plumbing, electrical systems, and DG maintenance is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety regulations.
Perform electrical maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive upkeep to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
Manage the operation and maintenance of diesel generators (DG), including regular testing, servicing, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems proactively to avoid disruptions in facility operations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary parts and services timely.
Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety codes during all maintenance activities.
Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance programs to enhance the lifespan and efficiency of MEP systems.
Support the facilities management team in implementing best practices for MEP maintenance and energy conservation.
Report on the condition and performance of MEP systems to management and recommend improvements where applicable.
