We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and technical teams at client sites. The role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of technical services, compliance with safety standards, and seamless coordination between teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Operations Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate daily technical activities on-site, including maintenance, repairs, and system installations.
    • Oversee technical staff (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians) to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  2. Quality Control & Compliance
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and operational efficiency.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and company policies.
  3. Task Allocation & Schedule Management
    • Assign tasks, manage staff schedules, and ensure timely completion of technical projects.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  4. Communication & Reporting
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and senior management.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, incidents, and performance metrics.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, safety logs, and equipment records.
  5. Conflict Resolution & Team Support
    • Address technical challenges and resolve conflicts within teams promptly.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical supervision or facilities management, or project coordination.
  • Proven track record of managing technical teams in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
