eCommerce Specialist

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store, enhancing user experience, driving traffic, and increasing sales. This role involves managing product listings, analyzing website performance, and executing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior.
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns (e.g., email, social media, PPC).
Handle inventory management, order processing, and customer service inquiries related to e-commerce.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve online sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of online sales strategies, SEO, and digital marketing.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce websites.
