Assistant Supervisor Factory

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Factory Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control, and meeting production targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training.
Ensure the production schedule is met by overseeing the flow of operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of products.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
Collaborate with the management team to improve processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance.
Address and resolve employee conflicts or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and any repairs are conducted in a timely manner.
