Pak Madina Store is hiring an experienced Supervisor for , Lahore. Responsible for managing a team of 20, daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, POS, and sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of retail/grocery management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a target-driven attitude.
Full-time | 12-hour shift
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and monitor daily performance.
- Ensure smooth store operations, customer service, and discipline.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product displays.
- Assist with cash handling, POS, and daily sales activities.
- Ensure store cleanliness and company SOP compliance.
- Requirements:
- 2–3 years of retail/grocery store experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift.
- Location: Al Rehman Garden Phase 2, Lahore
