Lahore-based Law Firm seeking services of fresh or experienced Social Media Manager, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. Who will play a key role in creating,  designing, curating, and managing published content, analyzing social media metrics, and staying updated on industry trends. The goal is to establish our company's presence on various social media platforms, foster brand loyalty, and enhance the overall online reputation.

Responsibilities:

1.     Strategy Development:

a.     Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.

b.     Identify target audience and tailor content to appeal to specific demographics.

2.     Content Creation and Curation:

a.     Create engaging and shareable content for various platforms.

b.     Curate relevant content from industry sources.

3.     Platform Management:

a.     Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) ensuring brand consistency.

b.     Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.

4.     Community Engagement:

a.     Foster and nurture a community of followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.

b.     Implement strategies to encourage audience interaction and participation.

5.     Analytics and Reporting:

a.     Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

b.     Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve social media effectiveness.

6.     Campaign Management:

a.     Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.

b.     Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

7.     Brand Advocacy:

a.     Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to expand brand reach.

8.     Crisis Management:

a.     Develop and implement crisis management plans for potential PR issues on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in crafting and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
