The Mechanical Section leader is responsible for supervising mechanical fitters, managing workflow priorities, and ensuring that mechanical components and assemblies meet company standards. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of five mechanical fitters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical fitting activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor mechanical assembly processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Maintain safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to company and industry safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate work activities and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports and documentation related to mechanical fitting operations and team performance.
Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address mechanical issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
