Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and analyzing new program opportunities within the region, regularly monitoring opportunities from primary donors.
- Assist in preparing Expression of Interest (EOIs), Concept Notes, Proposals, Case Studies, Lessons Learnt, and Best Practices from program and project reviews.
- Assist in creating program development budgets and justifications..
- Assist in coordinating regularly with field staff and other departments engaged in program development in assigned regions.
- Assist in developing a tracking database and keep it up to date for all ongoing program development activities.
- Assist in developing partnerships, management/staffing plans, M&E, budgets, and project designs.
- Assist in identifying new partners, subawardees/subcontractors, and/or donors to enhance organizational capabilities and expand our programming.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and workshops, when required.
- Provide programmatic support for of emergency response programming and activities in flood-affected areas of Pakistan.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the supervisor or head of office.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, preferably with a relevant certification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)
- Good writing skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Integrity, transparent, persistence, initiative, and quick learner
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Team player to solve professional problems
- Can work under pressure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when needed.
