Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and analyzing new program opportunities within the region, regularly monitoring opportunities from primary donors.
  • Assist in preparing Expression of Interest (EOIs), Concept Notes, Proposals, Case Studies, Lessons Learnt, and Best Practices from program and project reviews.
  • Assist in creating program development budgets and justifications..
  • Assist in coordinating regularly with field staff and other departments engaged in program development in assigned regions.
  • Assist in developing a tracking database and keep it up to date for all ongoing program development activities.
  • Assist in developing partnerships, management/staffing plans, M&E, budgets, and project designs.
  • Assist in identifying new partners, subawardees/subcontractors, and/or donors to enhance organizational capabilities and expand our programming.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and workshops, when required.
  • Provide programmatic support for of emergency response programming and activities in flood-affected areas of Pakistan.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the supervisor or head of office.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, preferably with a relevant certification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)
  • Good writing skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Integrity, transparent, persistence, initiative, and quick learner
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Team player to solve professional problems
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when needed.
