As a Sales Executive at International Petrochemical Pvt Ltd, based in Multan, you will be instrumental in driving business growth within the region by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research to pinpoint potential leads, actively reaching out to prospective clients, and leveraging local industry networks to expand our customer base. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions from our extensive product range.
You will implement targeted sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. This involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of our petrochemical products, staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and local market dynamics. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings will be crucial in persuading potential clients and securing contracts.
Your role will require you to prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations, negotiate contract terms, and manage the entire sales process to close deals successfully. Providing exceptional customer service will be a key component of your role; you will address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
You will monitor local market conditions and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, allowing you to adjust sales strategies as needed. Accurate record-keeping and reporting are essential; you will maintain up-to-date sales records, track client interactions and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Collaboration with other departments, including marketing and product development, will be important to ensure alignment with overall business goals and to support client-specific needs. Your role will require a balance of independent initiative and teamwork, working effectively in the dynamic and competitive environment of Multan.
