Safety and Compliance

  1. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents during installations and repairs.

  3. Handle hazardous materials, such as fiber scraps and adhesives, in accordance with safety procedures.

Customer Interaction

  1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
  2. Educate customers about the proper use and maintenance of fiber optic systems.
  3. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Project Management

  1. Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and network diagrams to execute installations accurately.
  3. Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness for assignments.
