You will play a pivotal role in driving property & high-rise sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The role involves a deep understanding of real estate & high-rise markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Property/High-rise Sales:

  • Showcase and sell residential and commercial units to potential buyers.
  • Conducted high-rise project tours and provided detailed information about features, benefits, and investment potential.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate & high-rise solutions.

3. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about local real estate & high-rise market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

4. Documentation and Closing:

  • Guide clients through the documentation process and ensure a smooth closing of transactions.

5. Customer Service:

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • In-depth knowledge of high-rise industry trends and market conditions.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  •  Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Attention to detail in handling legal and financial aspects of real estate & high-rise transactions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings to accommodate client schedules.
  • Willingness to attend real estate events and exhibitions for networking.

COMPENSATION & BENIFITS:

  • Base Salary with a Incentives/Commission structure based on Sales 
  •  Additional incentives and bonuses tied to sales achievements.
