We seek confident, well-spoken, and hardworking individuals to answer phone calls for our UK-based taxi business. We are partners with one of the largest taxi companies in London. Candidates with experience in the same industry will be preferred. However, we will consider all applicants with good communication skills and work experience in London-based call centers. Outkom Enterprises is unparalleled in offering financial and job stability. Our office in the ARFA Software Technology Park has state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. All candidates must undergo training and assessment before the hiring is confirmed.

Main Duties:

  • Handling inbound calls, making bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Managing travel and journey-related issues of our customers using a real-time dispatch and tracking system.
  • Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Familiarity with the British accents preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Call center and/or customer service experience.
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours if required.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.

Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Taxi or similar travel booking experience.
  • Customer service experience in UK-based call centers.
  • Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system (Preferably Cordic).
  • Lived in the UK for 2-3 years.
