Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and support lead generation efforts for our Real Estate Web Application and Performance Marketing Services. The successful candidate will proactively engage with real estate agencies, brokers, and property businesses to introduce our solutions, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings. This role demands excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and a strong results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to real estate agencies, brokers, and property-related businesses.
- Clearly present and explain the features and benefits of our web application and performance marketing services.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and evaluating their suitability.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and arrange meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and call activities to ensure effective tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Confidence and comfort in making cold calls to new clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
