Outbound Call Centre Agents (O/A-Levels Student’s)

Key Responsibilities
Engage with international clients through both outbound and inbound calls to promote the company’s products and services. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure transparency and follow-up. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Work collaboratively with team members and management to refine sales strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have an education level ranging from Intermediate to a Bachelor’s degree. Strong proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with international clients. A target-oriented mindset is critical, with the ability to perform well under pressure. While previous sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment is required.
