Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Design user interface elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.
- Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
- Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other website/application graphic designs.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs. Analyze and incorporate usability test results into design improvements.
Related Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, CS or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design and a track record of successful design projects.
- Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web and mobile applications.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
