We are looking for Assistant Manager Finance for our head office at Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Key Financial Statements as per statutory and internal management requirements maintaining the quality, reliability and accuracy
- Maintain the Oracle ERP General Ledger database while monitoring daily activities of accounting, treasury, product and period costing, inventory management and fixed assets
- Assist in monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts
- Ensure regulatory compliance, play lead role in coordination with company's annual external audit and ad-hoc internal audits with the independent auditors
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
- Strong believe in continuous improvement, hands-on experience of implementing and working on ERP
- Responsible for bookkeeping and posting of business transactions in ERP and support in taxation matters
- Support to maintain the internal controls within Accounting and Finance division
- Oversee monthly payroll process and reimbursement of employees’ claims
Requirements:
- At least 6 years or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting, related field.
- Must have knowledge of General Accounting Principles, Companies Act and financial reporting experience
- Must have knowledge of taxation, proficient in Oracle E-Business suite and MS Office
- Ability to manage large sets of data, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Power-Point)
