We are looking for an HR Manager Level Resource for an Australian company: Industry: Oil & Gas Salary Range: 8,00 USD- 1,000 USD

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

Must have done an MBA in HR from a reputable institute
Assist in HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management, Training & Development, and HR & Immigration compliance.
Monitor contracts , and probation periods and ensure efficient HR administration
Must be able to provide support in HR operational activities
Facilitate expatriation, repatriation, and visa application processes
Coordinate with travel agents to ensure timely travel arrangements, including creating travelers' profiles.
Serve as the primary contact for travel-related inquiries
Maintain updated knowledge of visa requirements and current government travel advisories

Note: This position requires travelling to Balochistan.
