• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Provide support for SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations and end-user training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal standards, and best practices in system configurations.
  • Stay updated on SAP HCM advancements and recommend innovative solutions for process improvements.
