Order Taker and Waiter

NEON Square is hiring polite, energetic, and customer-focused Order Takers and Waiters to serve guests and ensure a quality dining experience. The role requires taking accurate orders, serving food on time, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
Take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately.
Enter orders into the POS system or convey them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks properly and on time.
Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and presentable.
Respond to customer needs, complaints, or special requests politely.
Prepare bills and assist customers with payments.
Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff during busy hours.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Basic communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus).
Well-mannered, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during rush hours.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team-oriented and disciplined attitude.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Middle / Matric.
Prior restaurant or café experience preferred but not mandatory.
