Order Booker/Sales Representative

Heaven Chemicals, a well-established manufacturer of janitorial and household cleaning products under the brand name Mr. Mark, is looking to hire an Outdoor Order Booker for their Malir, Karachi location. This role focuses on selling a wide range of products such as Phenyle, Bleach, Sweep, Handwash, Glass Cleaner, and Dishwash to various areas and corporate clients within Karachi. The company provides ongoing support and guidance to help employees meet their sales targets. Candidates are required to have a motorbike and be comfortable using WhatsApp for communication. The position is available immediately and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell janitorial and household cleaning products to clients across designated areas and corporate sectors in Karachi.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date outdoor order book, ensuring timely recording of customer orders.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team and management to report on progress and address any challenges.
- Use WhatsApp effectively for order processing and customer engagement.
- Coordinate timely delivery and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Ownership and ability to operate a motorbike for commuting and sales activities is essential.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp for business communication is required.
- Previous experience in outdoor sales or order booking, preferably within FMCG or janitorial product sectors.
- Reliable commuting ability within Karachi or willingness to relocate before starting the role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
