Manufacturing Industry based in Karachi is looking for HR and Administration Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our team. This position requires a high degree of analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be skilled in using MS Office and Excel.
- Track and process invoices, expenses, and financial records.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support to clients, customers, and internal staff.
- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle HR inquiries and enforce policies.
- Fluent English is a must
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task along with knowledge of accounting & MS Office to generate Excel worksheets and Documents.
