We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced and innovative team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality React.js code.
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
- Convert Figma designs to detailed functional PRDs, including CRUD operations, project-specific functions, and inter-service communication matrices.
- Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
- Define patterns for resilient and scalable backend code.
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side components.
- Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
- Write testable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
- Document processes, including database schemas, application changes, and updates.
- Monitor and improve front-end and back-end performance.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
- Review application requirements and interface designs.
- Review React.js and Node.js/Nest.js code written by team members for completeness, correctness, and maintainability.
- Stay informed of advancements in React.js and Node.js development.
- Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with Nest.js, Next.js, and MongoDB.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Knowledge of REACT tools, including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest).
- Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms (JSON Web Token).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with common front-end development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM).
- Proven ability to work independently and in small teams.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and learning aptitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or a related technical field.
