Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, both internally and externally.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents.
2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Outgoing and approachable, fostering positive relationships.
3. Task Efficiency and Delegation:
- Efficiently handle daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
4. Social Media Handling:
- Proficient in the latest social media platforms and trends.
- Assist in managing the CEO's social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
