Optima Technology Zone Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Performance Marketer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is skilled in managing advertising budgets and analyzing performance metrics such as cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and lead quality. You will work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling and effective ad creatives that drive conversions for office tours, membership sign-ups, and event registrations. As a Performance Marketer, you will execute A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously refine campaign effectiveness. You will also be responsible for setting up conversion tracking and building comprehensive dashboards and weekly performance reports to inform strategic decisions. Although this role does not require team management, it demands excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and achieve campaign objectives efficiently.
Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.
Oversee the allocation and monitoring of monthly advertising budgets to optimize cost effectiveness.
Analyze key performance indicators including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality to enhance campaign results.
Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking systems and develop dashboards for performance monitoring.
Prepare detailed weekly reports on campaign outcomes to support data-driven marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, high-converting ads aligned with marketing goals.
Continuously optimize campaigns to drive targeted actions such as office tours, membership registrations, and event sign-ups.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media marketing to implement innovative strategies.
