DSV is looking for a committed professional to manage global ocean freight accounts, acting as the primary liaison for customer communication, operational coordination, and collaboration with outsourced service providers. This role requires overseeing shipment tracking, invoice processing, and handling all documentation and operational activities related to sea freight exports. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to export procedures, statutory requirements, and standard operating protocols to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for managing ocean freight global accounts, facilitating seamless communication between customers and operations.
- Ensure timely and precise documentation while working closely with outsourced service providers and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment progress and handle invoice issuance, coordinating effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all documentation and operational processes associated with sea freight exports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export procedures and comply with statutory regulations.
- Adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures to guarantee quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within ocean freight or logistics.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and contribute positively as part of a team.
