Responsibilities:
1.) Provide detailed information about the Online Quran Academy's courses, programs, schedules, and registration processes.
2.) Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and provide guidance on selecting appropriate courses.
3.) Handle complaints or dissatisfied customers with empathy, patience, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
4.) Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
5.) Stay up-to-date with the Quran Academy's policies, procedures, and curriculum to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
1.) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
2.) Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
3.) Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
4.) Basic knowledge of the Quran and Islamic teachings is preferred but not mandatory.
Note: Job Timings are from 4:00 Pm - 11:00 Pm (Evening Shift).
