Online Telemarketing Executive

Nature's Delight is seeking a full-time Telemarketing Executive to join their remote team based in Lahore. This role focuses on outbound calling to promote and present the company’s dairy products and special offers. The ideal candidate will engage with customers by answering inquiries, following up on potential leads, accurately recording orders, and coordinating product deliveries. Meeting daily call and conversion targets is essential to the success of this position. The role requires a disciplined approach to remote work, including a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to maintain professionalism and productivity. The position operates on a morning shift schedule with a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Nature’s Delight dairy products and ongoing promotions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Record customer orders accurately and ensure all relevant details are documented.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and correct product dispatch.
- Achieve daily targets for call volume and conversion rates, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM software or spreadsheets to track interactions and sales progress.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to encourage purchase decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer service role.
- Educational qualification of Intermediate level or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient communication skills in both Urdu and English, with the ability to engage customers clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheet software for managing customer data and sales records.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work.
