Online Teacher Coordinator

This full-time, on-site position based in Gujranwala offers an opportunity to work as an Online Teacher Coordinator for a virtual school. The role involves managing various academic and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing teacher schedules, allocating classes, handling substitutions, monitoring attendance, maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) records, and facilitating effective communication among staff. This position requires a proactive individual with at least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. The work schedule is during the morning shift, and the salary range is PKR 30,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage teacher schedules to ensure optimal class coverage.
- Allocate classes and arrange for substitute teachers when necessary.
- Monitor and record student and teacher attendance accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between teachers, students, and administration.
- Support routine academic operations to enhance the virtual learning environment.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and other operational issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or virtual learning setting.
