Online Student Admissions & Engagement Executive

This is a full-time remote position based in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Student Admissions & Engagement Executive working evening shifts. The role primarily involves managing UK university applications and providing comprehensive support to prospective students throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks such as student counselling, reviewing application documents, following up on leads, making outbound calls, and contributing to business development and digital outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Process applications for UK universities efficiently and accurately.
- Provide counselling and guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements and procedures.
- Review and verify student documents to ensure completeness and compliance with university standards.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students as part of the engagement and conversion strategy.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and contributing to digital outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student admissions, application processing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with students and university representatives.
- Proven experience in handling university admissions or application processes, preferably with UK institutions.
- Ability to work evening shifts and manage remote work responsibilities efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
