Online Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team remotely from Islamabad. This role involves working evening shifts and offers a salary range of PKR 50,000 to 75,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple brands by developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, driving audience growth, conducting research, and analyzing performance metrics. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a creative mindset to enhance brand presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to multiple brands to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Create compelling content, including written posts, graphics, and short-form videos, that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels, track audience behavior, and analyze analytics to optimize campaigns and report on performance.
- Conduct audience research to understand trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts and responding to audience interactions in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience creating short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
