This Vacancy will be stationed in our Pakistan branch, our HQ is in London, and you will be required to attend the shift from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Pakistan time, depending on BST the timing may change.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with selecting products that best meet their needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback using the company's CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
