Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable front-end code using React, Vue, and/or Next.js.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth data flows and performance.
- Release features early and often to gather feedback and iterate quickly in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving feedback to maintain high-quality standards across the codebase.
- Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Champion performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Contribute to building and refining front-end architecture that supports long-term maintainability and modularity.
- Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously evolve as a developer.
- Document your work and participate in asynchronous communication as part of a remote-first company culture.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack web development
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end frameworks including React, Vue.js, and Next.js.
- Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL API integration.
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments and comfort with modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Pinia, Zustand) and component-based architecture.
- Understanding of micro front-end patterns and modular application development is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an emphasis on documentation and async communication.
