Responsibilities

Engage with talent acquisition managers and consultants to build a robust network within the IT industry, promoting the use of our portal.
Invite industry professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Feature Person, showcasing the benefits and opportunities available.
Coordinate and schedule meetups with industry leaders and companies to foster relationships and expand our network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the engagement process.
Assist in planning and organizing events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Participate in outreach planning and messaging and ensuring that talent professionals are engaged through various channels and events.

Must-have skills

Proficiency in networking and relationship building to establish connections within the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and industry professionals.
Sales and business development capabilities to promote services and opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of Information Technology industry practices and trends to drive meaningful conversations.
Strong event planning and coordination skills to organize successful meetups and events.

Nice to have

Experience in CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
Knowledge of social media platforms for networking and outreach.
Familiarity with industry-specific events and conferences for enhanced networking opportunities.

Qualifications
