You will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, running paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both organic social media strategies and paid campaigns to maximize the brand's reach and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Write compelling and on-brand captions, posts, and updates to engage the target audience.

Paid Social Media Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize paid campaigns to achieve key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor ad budgets and adjust strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to refine performance.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Implement organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, hashtags, and best practices to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of organic and paid campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

Community Engagement:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally to build and maintain a strong online community.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address any customer concerns or issues raised on social media.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and organic social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies is a plus.
