Responsibilities
- Advise clients on immigration laws, visa types, and application processes according to their specific circumstances.
- Manage the full visa application lifecycle from initial consultation through to successful application completion.
- Ensure all visa applications are processed accurately and comply with relevant immigration laws and travel regulations.
- Lead and supervise a team of five consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to improve team performance and case management.
- Utilize visa application management software and workflow automation tools to streamline application processing and case tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration policies, regulations, and international travel requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies and other relevant authorities to facilitate timely and successful visa approvals.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in customer relationship management software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Deliver clear and confident communication to clients, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the visa application process.
- Implement best practices in workflow and case management to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
