We are seeking a dedicated OFC Deployment Supervisor responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

The Optical Fiber Cable Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for:

Planning, scheduling, and managing all optical deployment projects to adhere to company timelines and standards.
Supervising optical Fiber technicians, providing hands-on leadership and training, to enhance team performance and project efficiency.
Participating in the design, installation, and maintenance of optical fiber & network systems to ensure they meet operational requirements and quality standards.
Monitoring the performance and integrity of optical networks, addressing any issues that may impact service delivery.
Complying with all industry standards and safety regulations to uphold best practices in all operations.
