AutoCAD Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a AutoCAD Drafter. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD) and drafting, with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD) software for drafting and design purposes.
Perform drafting, mapping, and GIS work based on project requirements.
Assist in field inspections, surveys, and land maintenance activities.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create drawings from verbal instructions.
Prepare detailed building plans, diagrams, charts, and images for construction projects.
Review and verify design drawings and data for accuracy.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
Create precise drawings from rough sketches, images, and PDFs.
Demonstrate proficiency in design terminology and communication within project teams.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and produce error-free work.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD) and drafting.
At least five years of relevant experience in drafting, mapping, and GIS work.
Strong understanding of design terminology and project requirements.
Experience in conducting field inspections, surveys, and assisting with structure operations and land maintenance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in GIS tools and mapping software.
Experience with other CAD software or relevant design tools.
