We are looking for an experienced AM Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting in our Finance Department. Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting (FP&A) is a crucial function within organizations, responsible for assessing financial performance, creating forecasts, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely & accurate entries in SAP and timely completion of entries.
  • Maintain GL & prepare monthly reconciliations (bank, vendors, balance sheet).
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly closings & prepare Financial statements of the company following regulatory framework.
  • Compose comprehensive analysis on financial statements including presentations for the leadership team.
  • Analyze budgets against actual spending's for each project and assist in the preparation of budgets.
  • Provide support during the audit process.
  • Responsible for the preparation and dissemination of financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, creditors, and regulatory bodies. Financial reports typically include balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and accompanying footnotes that provide context and explanations for the numbers presented.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • Proven experience 3 years in financial planning, analysis, and reporting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
