Square one Mall is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Procurement with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or mall operations. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor sourcing and negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier coordination while ensuring timely procurement aligned with project requirements and budgets.
Candidates should hold an MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field and possess strong vendor management, negotiation, and ERP system skills. Experience in procurement of construction and building materials will be preferred.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end procurement processes
· Handle technical procurement for Civil, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, finishing and building materials
· Conduct vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance management including meeting/visiting market vendors.
· Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and budgets
· Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier coordination
· Support cost optimization and procurement efficiency
· Work closely with engineering, finance, operations, and project teams
