One Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least one year of experience in accounting and finance. This role focuses on managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely accounts. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and demonstrates excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Immediate availability is preferred for this position.
The Accounts Executive plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial operations by ensuring proper account planning, data entry, and transaction management. This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in financial documentation. While the role does not include team management responsibilities, it offers opportunities to work collaboratively with various departments and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue monthly rental, service charge, utility, and other invoices to retail brands/tenants in a timely manner
Monitor outstanding receivables, conduct regular payment follow-ups with brands, and ensure timely collections.
Prepare and maintain customer aging reports, highlighting overdue accounts and escalating outstanding cases where required.
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies.
Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile customer accounts, vendor ledgers, and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Coordinate with leasing, operations, and other internal departments, as well as external stakeholders, on billing and financial matters.
Perform tax calculations and assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate, retail, or shopping mall industry.
Hands-on experience with tenant/brand billing, receivables management, collection follow-ups, and aging reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
