We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and creative trends to deliver effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and engaging digital assets.
SEO/SEM Optimization
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create and monitor engaging social media campaigns and track their performance.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics to improve effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Budget Management
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and ensure cost efficiency in all campaigns.
Collaborations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, sales goals, and branding efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics.
