We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and creative trends to deliver effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development

    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  2. Content Creation & Management

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
    • Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and engaging digital assets.
  3. SEO/SEM Optimization

    • Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
    • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  4. Social Media Marketing

    • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
    • Create and monitor engaging social media campaigns and track their performance.
  5. Email Marketing

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics to improve effectiveness.
  6. Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
    • Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  7. Budget Management

    • Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor spending and ensure cost efficiency in all campaigns.
  8. Collaborations

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, sales goals, and branding efforts.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization.
