We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Admin / Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.managing filing systems, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and possess strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Intermediate or equivalent qualification; additional certification in Microsoft Excel.
Additional Requirements:
Located in Bahria Town Karachi.
Accommodation would be provided if required.
Second shift job starting from 1 pm.
Saturday and Sunday off for a healthy work-life balance.
