The Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning. This role involves managing financial records, budgets, and financial analysis to support the company’s real estate projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for various projects, monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and cost assessments for real estate projects to support investment decisions.
  • Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and implement any necessary improvements in financial processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing training and guidance on best practices.
  • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Property Management: Oversee financial operations related to property management,Land Payments, Rent collection, Utility Services Collection, Operating expenses, Contractors Payment and Vendor or Supplier Billing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and real estate finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
