Internal Auditor

Omega Villas is renowned for our commitment to quality and innovation in the real estate sector. We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity of our financial practices.

Position Overview:

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits and providing insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records and internal controls.
Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage the performance and completion of risk assessments and audit projects specifically as they relate to construction projects.

Qualifications:

CA (Chartered Accountant),ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Master of Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of audit experience within a real estate group or project.

Other Requirements:

Ability to manage projects, review audit files and provide appropriate feedback to auditors.
Exhibits outstanding leadership, prioritization, and time management skills.
Strong writing and analytical skills
Experience in systems implementation preferred, but not required
Experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
