We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Sales Manager in planning effective sales strategies.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
- Providing training sessions to the new team members.
- Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good sales and people skills.
