What You’ll Do
- Manage product listings: Upload, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, and details
- Oversee inventory: Track stock levels, ensuring accurate data and timely restocking
- Process orders: Handle order fulfillment, shipping updates, and resolve issues promptly
- Support customer service: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience
- Maintain platform functionality: Ensure the eCommerce platform runs efficiently, troubleshoot any issues
- Generate reports: Provide regular updates on store performance, sales, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or admin support
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with Shopify, Ginkgo, Daraz, or other e-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
